I also specialize in couples counseling and helping partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relational stress. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Talk Therapy.
